Order Cut Off Point & Dispatch Schedule
We check the order before 11 AM (Malaysia time) every Tuesday. Order is then dispatched within the subsequent 2 working days (before Friday)
For example, if you placed your order on Saturday, your order will normally be shipped by the upcoming Thursday.
Domestic Shipping
All parcels within Malaysia are shipped with Poslaju. For bulky items, we usually work with DHL (one of the options)
Poslaju delivers the following day after dispatch. Please ensure that someone is present at the shipping address to receive the parcel and provide a signature. If you did not manage to receive it, you may follow the instructions from Poslaju for self collection.
Should you desire to engage a carrier other than Poslaju/DHL, please kindly leave us a note upon check out. Additional shipping cost might be incurred due to variation in service provider.
Flat rate of express shipping via Poslaju (Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days during weekday)

International Shipping
For international shipping, we work with Pos Malaysia & DHL Express. All parcels comes with a tracking number. Depending on your country, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks (or more) by Standard Airmail.
Please note that all duty and custom taxes applicable are to be paid by recipients. Young Belle cannot be held accountable for any further cost.
Shipping Rate will be be calculated based on your country and the total weight of your parcel. For example: shipping to US cost MYR 15 for weight below 150g, MYR 50 for weight 150g to 500g.
PICK UP POINT service
If you live in Malaysia, and it is convenient for you to come to our store, you can pick up your goods in Kajang, Selangor. Please select "self collection" as shipping method during check out. Do note that in order to select this option, your billing address must be in Malaysia.
Tracking Number
You will receive a tracking number in your email once your parcel has been dispatched.
