Return and Refund Policy

Young Belle offers a 14 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always reach us at support@lemooncorp.com. 

The following is a quick return policy checklist for your reference

  1. Is the item within 14 days from the day you received it?
  2. Is the item in the same condition, unsealed and unopened as when it first arrived?
  3. Is the item still in its original packaging?
  4. Have you completed the Refund Declaration Form?
  5. Is the item packed neatly and securely, together with the invoice, ready to be returned?

The item remains in your care before it gets back to us. Please do ensure that the utmost care is taken when preparing the item to be returned to us. Once you have checked that everything is in place, you are ready to make the return of your shopping to us. 

To submit a RETURN REQUEST, kindly :

  1. Inform us via email before returning the item(s) for a refund. Include your order number, name, contact number and also the reason of returning. 
  2. Re-pack the item(s) and seal it back in a proper packaging before sending it back to the following address via any of your desired courier company AT YOUR OWN COST. 
  3. Please ensure the item(s) you wish to return is in its original packaging (sealed and unopen) upon returning. 
  4. Please fill in the Refund Declaration Form (contact us at support@lemooncorp.com to get this form) Your refund will be processed within 7-14 business days upon us receiving the returned item(s) back in our warehouse. 
  5. Refund amount will be based on your purchase price (after promotions, discounts and rebates)

Young Belle reserves the right to decline the return and refund if the condition of returning is as per stated below (subject to Young Belle review and approval)

  • The returned product(s) purchased was bought during sale period at a promotional price
  • The returned product(s) is not in the original sealed packaging. 
  • The returned product(s) does not tally in accordance to your order invoice
  • The returned period has exceeded the given timeline
