These uniquely shaped chocolate chip cookies are made by placing chocolate chips on a sheet of cocoa cookie dough and then hanging another sheet of linear dough over the top. Bittersweet chocolate chips produced by the manufacturer are used to give the cookie the appearance of chocolate chips peeking out from between the tops of the cookies.
